Before Your Appointment
To help make your first visit as smooth as possible, we recommend the following:
- Arrive about 10 to 15 minutes early to complete any remaining paperwork
- Bring a valid photo ID
- Bring your dental insurance card, if applicable
- Bring a list of current medications and any relevant medical history
- Have records or X-rays from a previous dentist sent over in advance, if available
